I keep getting messages that the Norton Ultra trial has expired

trialed norton ultra but decided to purchase and instal norton 360 but now keep getting that the ultra trial has expired and I must purchase the ultra.They keep sending reminders which will force me to go back to trend when current security expires and cant wait

When you installed 360, does it show the correct number of days in the interface for your new subscription? If not, open the classic 360 interface and click on Help > Subscription Status to sync your product with the Norton subscription servers. If you see the new My Norton interface, click on Open beside Device Security.
