I need help reseting my password manager

Hep reseting my password manager vault password on IOS app IPhone 11 Pro Max please help thanks.

Are you trying to reset the password because you have forgotten it? If so, did you have biometric login set up on the iPhone for the Norton Password Manager, NPM, vault? That is what is required to get you logged in to your vault, where you can go into the NPM settings to change the vault password.
