I need my identity verified but I have not frozen my credit

I am trying to open an online bank account but have been refused since they can't seem to verify my identity. I know this is what you protect me against, but if I am legitimately trying to open an account, how do I get that done? Can't seem to get any help from a live person.

If you mean LifeLock then I can tell you that it is just an alerting system to notify you if there is some activity in your name. It does not block or prevent you from opening an account.
