I need my money back

I got AntiTrack few days ago but the that destroyed my windows to the point that even my control panel did not work and Dell support could not even connect to my laptop remotely. I uninstalled it and need my money back but no one is taking care of my request. I called several times to at 1-805-257-2001 but they hung up on me as soon as I had been asking for my money back and saying they can not find my account so hung up 

I have been 14 years Norton customer but not anymore. I cancelled all my subscriptions. Norton supports are crap

Please check your Norton account to confirm ... Automatic Renewal Off ... and no billing information. 
MY SUBSCRIPTIONS reports:  Activate Subscription Renewal ... with Automatic Renewal Off.  

BILLING INFORMATION reports:  There is no billing profile saved in your account ... with no billing information.
