When I start IDSAFE on my I phone or I pad I get message Norton ID SAFE UNEXPELY QUIT?
I have never been able to access my account using either one
....and Sign In from here https://identitysafe.norton.com/ works or not ?
Do you have IOS 8 on your phone? If so, it is a known issue that a fix is coming soon. No one can say exactly when.
