i purchased lifelock through norton and there is a problem with signing in

I purchased LIFELOCK through NORTON. it has been advertised on TV and on my computer through emails. I decided to do this but at the same time didn't read up on it because the advert made me think I was getting all of what lifelock has to offer and of course it was an advert for protecting your machine and other things from the DARK WEB. IT WAS such a reasonable price I thought okay wow. I did it and then learned that there are different segments to lifelock depending on how far you want to go with protection. I still feel its a good thing to have and the joining of lifelock with Norton to me anyway is a great idea. my only problem thus far was signing back in. it states that I can sign in using my Norton sign in information, however when I tried to get into lifelock I was unable to do that. I tried many times using different ways of trying actually. I wanted to sign my husband up as well because he had been talking about getting on with LIFELOCK for that kind of protection. well, it wouldn't let me in so I chatted with lifelock and Norton. they discovered that there is a glitch in the signing back in to LIFELOCK AS IT USES OUR NORTON SIGN IN. weill it doesn't. so they told me they will be working on this and get back with me when that glitch is fixed. I don't mind having a different sign in if that is what it takes but I am in no hurry mind you ...but I wanted to let anyone know that wants to purchase lifelock through Norton I think that is a good idea once you get the glitch fixed. just read up though on what the charges are and compare with other companies that are offering lifelock. I think that now every company somehow is offering lifelock. on tv though they are promoting lifelike with Norton and that looks pretty good. now only if they will fix that glitch so I can get into my lifelock account that would be even better and I can sign up my husband as well.

For me, the login works after updating to the latest version, where the name changed from Norton by Symantec to Norton Lifelock.

how did you update it....I don't know what you are talking about. life lock knows there is a problem, as they checked with Norton and they said quite a few people are having this problem. so how does one update ...thanks for responding...

Hello

What version of your Norton product do you have? The latest version is 22.16.3.21. I think the Logo changed a while ago. If you don't have that version, run Live Update several times, restarting as needed until you get to that version. This is the Norton Forum, but we don't usually get questions about LifeLock. Symantec now owns LifeLock however. I have seen ISP;s offering LifeLock with no mention of getting it with Norton though. They offer different security programs also.

Have a Good Night and

Thanks.
