I simply need to know if I can install Norton 360 on my Amazon Firestick

I simply need to know if I can install Norton 360 on my Amazon Firestick for VPN services when I stream content..  If it is possible, how?  I have a side loader app in the form of "Downloader."

No. The Firestick uses FireOS, a proprietary version of the Android OS. The changes made by Amazon to the OS make it incompatible with Norton apps, and many other apps not designed specifically for that OS.
