I started getting pop ups from Norton today

I started getting similar prompt today this one https://ibb.co/hBfPL76. i contacted Norton and the said it cannot be disabled. Strangely enough it stopped so they probably did something their side. it also stopped last time I raised it

I do not believe it cannot be disabled,if they cannot update NAV 360 to give a choice of do not ask again they are pretty pathethic and i do not want them protecting my PC. If it wasn't advertising they could make an update to give a choice. When my sub is up I will not buy NAV again

Curious, what network are you on when you see "weak password"?
Does stronger network password help?   
Are you wired/wireless - at home / at WiFi hotspot?

I do not believe it cannot be disabled,if they cannot update NAV 360 to give a choice of do not ask again they are pretty pathethic and i do not want them protecting my PC. If it wasn't advertising they could make an update to give a choice. When my sub is up I will not buy NAV again

Curious, are you Norton 360 or Norton AntiVirus Plus?

I have Norton 360 Version: 22.21.6.51.

i had similar problems in May and it stopped after i spoke to them.it started again yesterday

It's my own network at home. Happened wired and wi fi. I didn't change the password.I think my password is my business not nortons

After i spoke to them yesterday it stopped i think maybe they did something at their end

While i was online to the i went to settings\firewall\general down to wifi security and disabled dns spoofing detection and also turned off show notifications

They phoned me today and i told them i am dropping nav when my sub is up.Told them if they are unable to make an update to make do not ask again  an option then i do not want nav on my pc as they are not able to protect it.

I am sure they could make such an option It is just them pushing their VPN. I have another vpn and if i use Norton vpn i will choose it and not be annoyed into it. Disgraceful behaviour for an av company, pushing advertising. I paid for the navand did not buy ads

I demanded extra time on my sub for my inconvenience and got a month.

I've not seen "weak password" popup. 
So, I was wondering if stronger password would actually stop the popup.

I wondered about that stronger password too but i think it's just nav spam pushing their VPN. They could easily make a do not ask again option

I'm wired/wireless home setup with Norton 360 Secure VPN Off.  I've not seen "weak password" popup.

OK even if i have weak password it is not nav business i have my own vpn and the nav vpn should not be integrated into the av. I do not have time or inclination to keep clicking the x to close the popup

Annoying daily notifications by NortonLifeLock continues | Norton Community the one on the left is similar to the the one i was getting in May Service notifications indeed, they are adverts. They are pushing their VPN

Yeah, I'm not a fan of integrated VPN.   I have stand-alone not Norton VPN.  
I guess you've turned off "Special Offer Notifications". 
Wonder why I'm not and you're seeing "This network has weak password". 
Guess, my two machines are not much of a network?

Yeah, on occasion/s I've seen notifications.  Marketing rules the roost.  Lately, notifications have been few.   Maybe, notifications are random, rotating, cyclical.  I'll see more notifications after version number update. 
Community has heard lots of comments/complaints regarding (annoying) notifications.

Yeah, we need a master, global, priority one ... notifications off switch.  
as we know: Norton may not satisfy all users, all the time.
