I subcribed to Norton 360 and I need to talk to a manager. I'm allmost 83 yrs old and I am not good with a computer. I downloaded Notron 360 but can't get it to download on my Iphone. I need to talk to someone to get help.

I Sign'd In to my Norton account -> Contact Norton Support -> Chat Support: Chat Now

I click'd "Manage my account" -> "Something else" and type'd "Live Agent" until ChatBot Kate reply: "transferring you to a specialist for further assistance".

On your iPhone, tap on the Apple App Store app icon. Then search for Norton 360. Tap on Get to install 360 on your iPhone. During the installation process, look for a link to Sign in. Tap on that and sign into your Norton Account to activate your 360 app.
