I think the firewall is blocking my wireless printer

I don't know how to correct my printer problem from my laptop. I think the firewall is blocking my wireless signal from printer. My other devices will print wireless. Can anyone help?

To see if it is the firewall blocking, right click on the Norton icon in the system tray and click on Turn off Smart Firewall. The test to see if you can print.  If you still cannot print, the firewall is not involved.

Did you ever have that printer working correctly from that laptop?

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
