I think my quick scan didn't work.

Hi, Norton told me it was time for me to scan my computer, using the "Fix in progress". So I did and it usually takes about 5 minutes or so to do the scan, this time it took about 5 seconds, but somehow all the files had been scanned. I did a quick scan after this and it took about 1 minute or so. Is the quick scan not working properly?

Hello

The quick scans are run automatically after every SDS Definition download when your computer is idle. Mine usually take just over a minute to run. All my scans are done automatically so I haven't been told by Norton that it was time to scan.

Ok thank you, I have also noticed it scans when my computer isn't idle too
