I want Disney Plus to work on iPad

My 7 year old's ipad I want everything blocked. But I want Disney Plus to work.  Error "website blocked a website you are trying to visit has been blocked, based on your house rules"

I added disneyplus.com to the allow list just as a guess.  didn't work.

If I change things from Block to Warn then Disney works.

I've hit refresh house rules on the ipad too.

Welcome to Norton Community.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. It is highly likely that Disney Plus could be using other urls that are under your blocked category list and hence blocked from accessing Disney Plus. I could see few other URLs that are getting accessed when disneyplus.com is viewed -

  • dssott.com
  • disney-plus.net
  • bamgrid.com
  • registerdisney.go.com
  • adobedtm.com
  • braze.com

Could you please add these URLs to the allowed website list on the Norton Family Portal, sync the House rules in the Child app and try accessing Disney Plus again? 

If that still doesn't help, please long press or pull down the Notification "Website blocked" that gets displayed as you try to access Disney Plus? You should be seeing a URL that is getting blocked. Please add that URL as well to the above list.

The reason why it is working in Warn mode is that, in Warn mode (outside the Norton browser), we allow the websites to be visited; but inform the Parent of the visits.
