I want to get a refund for all my subscriptions

I want to get a refund for all my subscriptions under the Norton 60 day refund policy.  Norton make it virtually impossible.  Am I best to contact the relevant IT ombudsman to have the Norton service removed in Australia?  Why can't I actually email or talk to a real person in Australia?  I'm not impressed that my wishes to remove an automatic renewal was changed without my direct permission.

[Edit: Calrified the subject]

Norton Official Support is via Chat or Phone.  No Email.

Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, subscription details nor payment method.

  • Norton sends (for annually recurring subscriptions) email notice (with price, term, and related details) usually about 30-45 days before current term expiry.
  • Users report Norton pulls recurring subscription payment usually about 30-45 days before current term expiry.
  • Users report approx 30-45 days before current term expire...not being able to change Automatic Renewal Service setting.

Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, subscription nor payment information.
Please Contact Norton Support regarding your subscription/refund.

Re: I want to get a refund for all my subscriptions

Norton provides subscription terms on product page...your location: for example: Australia

*Important Subscription, Pricing and Offer Details:

  • Your subscription begins when your purchase is completed (or otherwise, when your payment is received). You must download and install on each device, or complete enrollment to get protection.
  • By subscribing, you are purchasing a recurring subscription which will automatically renew after the first term.
  • The price quoted today is valid for the first term of your subscription. After that, your subscription will be billed at the applicable monthly or annual renewal price here. The price is subject to change, but we will always send you a notification email in advance.
  • You can cancel your subscription at my.norton.com or by contacting Member Services & Support. For more details, please visit the Refund Policy.
  • Your subscription may include product, service and/or protection updates and features that may be added, modified or removed subject to the acceptance of the License and Services Agreement.
