I want Google for my search not Norton
Why cant I get rid of Norton as the search on Chrome. I would prefer Google.

Click on the three dots to the right of the address bar in Chrome and click on Settings. Then click on Search Engine. Click on the drop down list beside Search engint used in the address bar, and choose the search engine you wish to use.

Thank you for your reply. Yes I have tried that but it still reverts back to Norton. It is a pain.

Check your browser extensions to see if you have Norton Safe Search installed. Not Safe Web, that is different. If you have Safe search installed, remove it and set your Chrome search engine again and test.

Thank you I went into browser extensions and deleted Norton Safe search, and hey presto I am back as I used to be with a Google.co.uk search. Thank you so much for your help.

My main reason for going back to Google.co.uk is everytime I searched for anything I ended up in the States and I am in the UK.

Thank you I went into browser extensions and deleted Norton Safe search, and hey presto I am back as I used to be with a Google.co.uk search. Thank you so much for your help.
