I'd like to cancel and get a refund for my autorenewal

I have tried several times to cancel your service, but its worse than finding a NEEDLE in a haystack. We were hacked in February into the $1000 and we have had norton for years..... but it took over a month to even get an email from you, which was not helpful. Your help center people were clueless and could say nothing but "oh so sorry". Your service did not provide nothing for us in our loss... other than "oh so sorry", you didn't even catch the scam on our accounts.... so what good is your service? You have made it most difficult to contact you, let alone file a complaint or claim. I am not sure how you are able to stay in business. So please cancel ours subscriptions.
