ID Safe

Can i access my main vault on my main pc from my laptop?  or do I set up a new vault on my laptop? I tried to set up vault on my laptop it said my password not good and if I make a new one I will lose my passwords, does this mean I will lose my main vault on my main pc?  TY in advance,                 Scott

Re: ID Safe

If you have an online vault, you can access it from any device that has Norton Identity Safe on it. Whether it is part of a Norton security product, or just the stand alone version.

On your main PC, do you have to log into your Norton Account before entering the vault password? If so, do not set up a new vault on the laptop. When you click to log into your Identity Safe, you will need to sign into your Norton Account, and then your vault.

If you do change the vault password you will lose your passwords. Try clicking on your email address on the main Norton page, and Sign Out. Restart your computer and try signing in again to your vault.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
