ID Safe Issue

I have the latest 360 installed and having an issue with IS on  a few sites.  On a message forum, when trying to send a private message, it will not stop entering my user ID name where the name of the person recieving the message goes.

And on the banking site it keeps entering my user ID name everywhere, even where account numbers are supposed to be filled in.  In both cases, it keeps deleting the info I enter and continually replaces it.  How is this fixed short of shutting down IS??

Hi tomg88,

Click on the Vault button on the Norton Toolbar and select Report Issue from the dropdown.  Fill it out and submit it.  I would suggest a separate form for each site you have a problem with.  The team that handles the reports will go to the site - see whatis happening and hopefully be able to make a correction to enable the site to work properly with ID Safe.

I reported the forum at least 4 times in the last year...not  thinking it's going to change.

I did just recently as I was hoping the bugs in the new verision of 360/IS would be fixed.  The other being a bank is somewhat stuck, as they won't be able to access it.

I would bet that they can arrange to access it. And if nothing else Symantec is a big company, they might well have someone working there who is also a member of the same bank.

Yank has already asked Symantec for assistance. It would help if you can post the sites you are having problems with in the thread here.

the idenity safe started again  says logged in to norton acc failed i went to norton online signed in no problem this is last draw  will never use it again
