I've got the 5.0.179 version on my phone and now it is impossible to login. After entering email and password it just goes on for ages and finally I get a "cannot connect to the norton server"
Have you restarted your device?
If that does not help, try signing out of your Norton Account again, restart the device, then try again.
If that still does not help, see Norton employee arpan_sinha's post in this thread to enable the app logging to send your logs to Norton for analysis. After enabling the logging, try again a few times to log into your ID Safe.
