Identify Safe Tool Bar Comes and Goes from Internet Explorer

I have been using Identify Safe for over a year now on IE9 without an issue.  I for the past three now, I noticed the Identify Safe icon on my tool bar is no longer there.  I click on the tool bar and it is not shown on the list of items to turn off/on.  I have also looked  on this site and looked into the internet options, advance tab to confirm that third part extensions is selected.  One in a few days, I would briefly see the identity safe on the tool bar, but then goes away again.

Hi shooter71,

Please tell us your operating system and SP number?

Can you tell us which Norton Product and versioln number (Support > About)  you are using ID Safe in?

In IE 9, please click on Tools > Manage add-ons, ensure Toolbars and Extentions is highighted and then Look under the Symantec Corporation heading and tell us the names, vesion numbers and if Enabled or not for the add-ons listed.

We'll be waiting on your answers.
