identifying licences

The home page in Norton says that I have 3 licences in use of 3 available. One of these will be assoiated with a device that I no longer have, and I wish to release it. How do I find out which device is associated with each licence ? (Only a refrence number is given for each licence/device combination).

Maybe, confirm Remote Management is On + Restart (not Shut down) machine.

Maybe, turn Off other devices -> check Online Offline
Maybe, check my.norton.com/extspa/devices/
