Remember that this information is on your computer. It is only as safe as you keep your system. The fact that the information is encrypted only means that there are now two locks to pick before you are compromised. Keep your security software current and up to date. Take a look at the Norton DNS freebee here: http://community.norton.com/t5/Other-Norton-Products/New-version-of-Norton-DNS-is-now-available/m-p/548930/message-uid/548930#U548930 as another layer of protection. It will not object to anything unless you decide to go into a questionable neighborhood. Then it tells you that you shouldn't do that If you insist on going places that can harm your system plese don't install it.
stay well and surf safe
