Identity Safe 5.2.1.2 broke several logins in Firefox 58

Since the identity safe version 5.2.1.2 update in Firefox 58.0.2 several of my logins are failing.  Login fields are not active or they are filled in but the login button is not active or not there at all.  Examples are:

https://www.humanapharmacy.com/login.cmd
https://www.iberiabank.com/personal/
https://login.morganstanleyclientserv.com/ux

There are others as well.  I have reported them through the feedback link but it seems that the trouble is more extensive.

Thanks for reporting this, @ghamer3545.

While I pass this on to the team for investigation, Could you share a screenshot of the issue?

Re: Identity Safe 5.2.1.2 broke several logins in Firefox 58

Update.  Identity Safe versions 5.1.1.2 and earlier, available at the Firefox Add-on website, work with FF 58 for two of the logins I posted.  The MorganStanley login is new and does not work with any of the versions.

Actually another thread exists about this.  Its been broken since 5.2.0.19 came out.

The thread (Can't open vault from Firefox 58.0) is all about Android.  If there is another thread, please guide me to it.  My problem is on a Windows 10 Creators Edition PC.  The vault opens and many of the logins work but some don't.  The same is true for 5.2.0.19.  It appears that Symantec and Mozilla have resurrected their miscommunication problem.

Re: Identity Safe 5.2.1.2 broke several logins in Firefox 58

I posted this on Dec 3.

Its a problem with the new IDsafe extension as it also affects Edge and Chrome as they use the same extension. It started when version 3 of the extension was released and is still broke with version 5.  I went back to version 2 of the extension and that works fine.

Version 2 is no longer available and I am running 5.1.1.2 as the newer versions have a script slowdown problem.

Note that 5.1.1.2 is no longer available on Firefox Addon site.  See my update on other thread https://community.norton.com/en/forums/norton-identity-safe-script-exces...

@ghamer3545:

So humanapharmacy and iberiabank are working?

I tested the Morgan site on Firefox with the latest v5.2.1.2 installed with some saved credentials for the login URL https://login.morganstanleyclientserv.com and it seems to fill the values - is it a problem with submitting them?  If it is a submission problem, are you able to work around it by adding + deleting a "safe character", like typing a space and deleting it at the end of either the username or the password?

Thanks,
Matt

Humana and Iberiabank are working with the earlier version 5.1.1.2.  Since the earlier versions are no longer available on the Mozilla add-on site,  I will not upgrade to test them again. The MorganStanley site does now also work with the earlier version but I assume that is because I also reported it to the MorganStanley online support team.   From what I can see, Symantec has done nothing at all to correct the problem as first reported. Let me know when the Humana and Iberiabank sites work with later versions.
