Identity Safe on Android

I am trying to get Identity Safe to log me into a banking app and it just wants to bring up the web address and log me in there. Can it be used to log into android apps? If so, how do I set it up. I am specifically looking at Wells Fargo and Citibank right now.

See this thread for information on this topic.  https://community.norton.com/en/forums/norton-identity-safe-android-app-...

I'll ask again about how to ask for updates to the list of apps supported.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Re: Identity Safe on Android

@agr8skp,

Kindly try the following steps to allow Identitysafe app to autofill the app you have listed out:

1. Launch Identitysafe app.

2. Sign in to Norton account with the required credentials

3. Login to vault with the valid password / PIN / Fingerprint.

4. Once logged in to vault,Click the Magic button wheel,click settings icon.

5. In Settings menu > Click Vault option.

6. You should see an option called App autofill with greyed out state,Below that option you would see " Turn on Norton Identity Safe services" click that option.

7. Clicking the option should take to device's Accessibility settings. Turn on the service for  "Norton Identity Safe services".

8. This should allow the IDSafe app to autofill for the apps.

9. Make sure you have the logins saved for wells fargo and Citibank to make IDSafe autofill for those apps.

Please reply us if this helps solve your issue.Thanks so much for bringing this to us.
