Is identity safe broke in nis 2013 and should be disabled?

Reading so many problems and issues with this. Should we just disable it until Norton releases a fix through internal update? I want to set mine up. But, atm. I have it disabled because of all the problems I am reading about in this forum.

Symantec/Norton any response? Is it best to leave disabled until fixed?

Hi,

I'm certainly not Symantec, but if you have had trouble with ID Safe in the current version, it might be wise to leave it disabled until some fixes come through. If you have another way of managing your passwords until then.

I would not disable the Norton extension. You still need your Safe Web and Phishing protection.
