Identity safe cannot edit any logins
I keep running into this bug that does not allow me to edit my logins. I need to update the password field and no matter what I do, I get "provided user name already exists". In another thread it was suggested to change the 'tittle" but that does not work. The only thing that works is to change the user name. Then once you do, you can edit the entries. It seems that they changed the format of the database and have corrupted something. Any ideas on how to fix this or a workaround (without deleting the ID which is what the tech support says)?
