Identity Safe Content Does Not Propagate to Other Computers
Shared between 3 computers, I have successfully used Identity Safe online with a Norton Account. I changed the passphrase on the Identity safe and had difficulty finding a pass phrase that would work. After many tries, I think that I finally understood that I was entering a pass phrase that was too long. I finally got the the vault to work with a 20 character pass phrase which seems to be short enough to work. In the process of changing the pass phrase, I had to reset the pass phrase ~5 times before finally getting pass phrase that would actually reopen the safe.
However now I encounter a new problem. I can reopen the vault on that one computer where I set the passphrase and I see my passwords. I can also see my passwords on https://identitysafe.norton.com/home. However when I open the password vault either of the two other computers from the Norton toolbar, I am told "No online profiles are synched with this user on this machine. Use Identity Safe Setup to Access or Create an Identity Safe Profile." The Identity Safe was properly synching the Password Vault for this user was on all 3 computers and all 3 browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE) for many months with the old pass phrase. What am I doing wrong? I have spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve this.
I do have the passwords backed up so I am not out of luck even if I have to start from scratch.
