Identity Safe fails to Validate Password
I have been running Identity Safe for a maybe 2 years, alongside my Norton Internet Security product. I also have Norton Utilities and an old version of SystemWorks installed. A few months ago, Identity Safe began to intermittently fail to validate its password, eventually timing out. I uninstalled and reinstalled Internet Security and the problem resolved for a few days. It has now returned.
I am using a PC, which is on IE9 with Vista. I have updated Norton and am on Version 188.8.131.52. I have checked in Norton Management that my device is correctly listed.
I'd be grateful for some help with this. Thanks.
