Identity Safe has bundled three log-ins. Can I unbundle them?

BT is a large UK-based Telecommunications conglomerate. I have six different ID sign-ins (each with a different password):

The logs-ins for these two are separate and work well:
BT Personal Community: [https://community.bt.com/]
My personal BT User Account: I first go to their home page here http://home.bt.com/ select MyBT and then sign in on a different screen.

But whenever I click on one of the following in Favourites, I find that the three ID/passwords have been bundled together in the Vault and I am always asked to chose which one I want to use.

Old Email account - winding down: [https://signin1.bt.com/login/emailloginform]
BT Business Community: [https://business.forums.bt.com/]
BT Shop: [http://www.shop.bt.com/]

I'm Secretary of a local Sporting Club. Our Sports TV package is with BT, as is our phone and broadband package. We are about to go paperless and because of BT's computer systems I'll have to set up two new ID sign-ins and password along with two new email addresses.

Other than the fact that bt.com appears in the three sites, their addresses are different. I've no idea how they were bundled - my fault perhaps - but how can I unbundle them please?

They are all belonging to  xxxxx.bt.com That is why you see the multiple logins presented when you get to any of those pages. You cannot stop this. It is actually designed just for this purpose. You can go to bt.com and just by choosing which login you want, it will take you to the correct site and log you in.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Hello Peter. Yes, I thought that it was actually designed that way but when I click on either of the first two, in my Favourites, I get straight through. Although they too have bt.com, they've not been bundled. I'll go quietly! Thanks again.

Re: Identity Safe has bundled three log-ins. Can I unbundle them?

I spoke too soon. Just been to log in my BT Old mail account and I've found that my Identity Safe has lost two log-ins and has changed the bundle:

Bundle was BT old email / BT Business Community / BT Shop

Bundle is now BT old email / BT Business Community / MyBT

Disappeared are BT Personal Community and BT Shop

Any suggestions, please?

[I was going to my BT Mail as someone has just sent a very important legal document to it, to my old instead of my current email address. I had just complained on the Microsoft Community Forum that EDGE had grabbed the document - even though IE11 is my default - and had sent it to  C:/Users/Myname/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Windows/INetCache/IE/P0D1VDT9 etc.

Cortana couldn't find the AppsData folder and a search of my C: drive didn't show my AppsData. Trying to print it from Edge brought up a message that I must register with HP ePrint so that was another complaint from me and now I can't get into the BT Community. If I say I've lost my password they'll give me another - via email. I give up.

Re: Identity Safe has bundled three log-ins. Can I unbundle them?

I've just got a temporary password for my BT Personal Community, logged in changed in and logged out. Shut down and restarted, signed in again and up came the window "which of the three saved ones do you want". I ignored that, input my ID and password and entered.

I got the message at the top - save your new password for BT Business Community? I overwrote it to BT Personal Community and it's saved it.

But it's now removed the BT Business Community! Any ideas?

Re: Identity Safe has bundled three log-ins. Can I unbundle them?

My ID on the BT (Personal) Community is Taffy078. My ID on the BT (Business) Community is also Taffy078. BT doesn't allow the underscore_ to be used.

As I said in my previous post, my BT Business Community details have vanished from my Vault - I have just checked every log-in. But when I try to add Taffy078 to the Vault via Vault is Open - > Open Identity Safe - > +New Login at the top, it rejects me per this:

So it says Taffy078 already exists for BT Business Community but that isn't listed in the Vault Logins. It was and was bundled but now had disappeared. It's disappeared from my screen/Vault but must still be somewhere as the above screen shot shows.

Is there anything that I can do now, please?

Re: Identity Safe has bundled three log-ins. Can I unbundle them?

Sorted. Yesterday I turned my new PC off and on after every attempt to add BT Business Forum, leaving a few minutes in between off and on.

I've switched it on this morning, opened the BT Community screen, opened the Vault and then opened Identity Safe. Clicked on +New at the top, input the details and it worked.

I did exactly the same as I did yesterday but it worked. Only BT Shop to add back in.

Re: Identity Safe has bundled three log-ins. Can I unbundle them?

Got the above warning screen when I tried to add BT Shop. I've had enough for now so I'll try again tomorrow.

It shouldn't be doing this should it? Perhaps it's me.
