Identity Safe Login

I have Norton 360 Identity Safe set up to automatically populate my login and password info.  One of the websites I log into has the login on the first page which Idenity Safe automatically fills in, but then it takes you to a second page to fill in the password and Idenifty Safe does not fill in the password.  How can I get the password filled in automatically?

Re: Identity Safe Login

Go to Settings > Identity Protection > Manage Log-ins and Turn on 'Display my Log-ins for each page I visit'. Check whether you are getting Identity safe data filled in second page. Let us know the results.

Re: Identity Safe Login

A very related question ----

Norton 360 on Windows 7, when the computer is ReStarted, one of the results is that Identity Safe is no longer logged in, so the toolbar icon is clicked, the login screen appears with its textbox, user puts in th password and logs in with no trouble.

Question is, should the computer restart log-out of Identity Safe, or should the condition of being logged in remain through and after the computer restart?

Re: Identity Safe Login

Hi g_cafe_c,

By default, Identity Safe should log out when the computer is restarted. If you would like it to automatically log in upon startup, you can configure this under the "Password & Security" Identity Safe setting.
