Identity Safe not closing correctly
Often, when I let the computer be left on without closing the vault, the vault does not close completely. It says that the vault is closed, but when I click to open it, then I'm going straight into the the vault.
I can then not log on to any pages via the vault, but I can use the eye in the list to see all the passwords. This is a significant security threat!
I can not close the vault and the only way I can open the vault is to manually enter a new login - then I get the popup to log in and everything is normal again. Otherwise the only way to get the the vault to work is to restart the computer.
I have experienced the same error regularly on two different computers - one with Windows 8 and one with Windows 7. Both with the Norton 360 Premier Edition and IE 11 (and the latest versions). Please, fix this very quickly.
