Identity safe not responding since upgrade

Several days ago Norton 360 updated automatically to v.22.5.0.124. Since then, Identity safe does not automatically fill in my user names and passwords. I've checked the settings and all is correct. Can you help me? Thanks, Mike .

Hi Mike,

Norton are aware of this issue, as per this Tony Weiss' post :

"As for the issues with ID Safe not working with the Community login, yep I'm seeing the same problem. I've let our ID Safe team know, and we're working to fix it quickly. I admit, it looks pretty sloppy. I'm sorry for the trouble."

Norton updated itself now ID Safe not working, have to type in my own passwords even though the Vault is open and passwords are present in the Vault. Tech lady yesterday said it was fixed after I delete a companies login and re-added it.

This new Norton isn't as good as the old, can we get back the old one. ;-)

I am having the same problem.  Upgraded from Internet Security to 360 and will not let me log in - says too many attempts and I have been locked out even though I know password is correct.  Contacted chat support yesterday and they said issue would resolve itself in a few hours.  Same error today. I am very disappointed with level of help so far.  The tech even remote logged into my computer.

Same problem here with ID Safe not working for all web sites.  After automated update to new version of Norton 360 my Vault passwords DO NOT work on many web sites.  It does on some but having to manually key them in on others is totally unacceptable.  I would like an update on when this fix will be available as this is a pain to hand key in passwords to several sites. Thanks!

Hello !

Can you do as fast as possible because, it is not working on any version of browser ! I have a French version, the problem is similar and with the 'old password and id" it works, but if you want to add a new site , it is stuck!
