Identity Safe prompt me to open vault still FAILS
Why is Norton refusing to fix the problem of the "Prompt me to open vault" setting not working in Identity Safe? They've known about this systemwide issue for over THREE MONTHS, but are seemingly just ignoring its paying customers and not doing anything about it!. Surely, this can't be that difficult of a problem to solve, can it? And if it is, how could they release such a horribly flawed product?
I've used Norton for over five years, but I'm giving them just one more reboot with a failed login prompt before I ditch them altogether. I can't imagine that a company that releases such seriously defective versions of its product and just carries on as though everything is fine, is actually on top of things when it comes to protecting my computer. COMPLETE AND UTTER INCOMPETENCE!! And don't get me started on the hours-long, pedantic journey of frustration to India that is "online customer support"!
Time to checkout McAfee, I guess.
