Identity Safe Vault Icon is Missing

For the last several days, the Identity Safe vault icon has been missing from the Norton Toolbar and I can't find any way to get it back.  As a result, I can't login to Identity Safe, which means that it doesn't fill in my login credentials.  I am running Internet Explorer 11, and it says that the add-ons for Norton Toolbar and Norton Identity Safe are enabled.  (For both, the Add-on Manager says their file dates are 3/16/2017 and the versions are 2015.9.1.16.)  The only thing showing on the toolbar is some sort of rating for the current web page, which is new (and always says "untested"), and three dots for additional items (but none of those include the vault icon).  Norton 360 is supposed to run Live Update automatically, but I can't tell when the last time was that it actually ran.  So, how do I get my vault icon back?

Have you restarted your computer?

Check IE Settings - Manage Add Ons and disable the Toolbar and ID Safe add ons.  Restart your computer, then re enable the add ons and test.

Thanks peterweb.  That suggestion solved the problem.  It also solved two other related problems that I noticed after I wrote my initial message.

One was that the Norton Safe Search option was turned off in the Norton Toolbar options menu, which meant that the Safe Search feature was missing from the Toolbar.  There was nothing I could do to turn it back on.  As soon as did the disable/reboot/enable procedure, it was automatically turned back on and the Safe Search feature was back on the Norton Toolbar.

Another was that the Norton 360 LiveUpdate repeatedly failed to complete while installing the latest Norton Web Protection Definitions.  After doing the disable/reboot/enable procedure, I saw that LiveUpdate had completed that task successfully.

Good news.

The Toolbar issue may have been fixed by the disable/re enable sequence. The system restart may have sorted the LiveUpdate issue.
