Identity Safe - VM/Windows 7 & MAC

HI, I use a Mac OS for browsing (Chrome & Firefox) and have VMWare running Norton Antivirus with Identity Safe. If I add a login and password into Identity Safe it works fine in the VM with Firefox. However, if I use a browser in MAC OS it does not populate the logion/password information.  Anyway to have the stored login and passwords work when using a browser in MAC OS? Tx

The Mac version of NAV does not have the Identity Safe feature, but I know there are some 3rd party Mac products with similar functionality.

Re: Identity Safe - VM/Windows 7 & MAC

I was re-reading your question, and I may have only answered part of it.  The reason the password feature running in the VM doesn't automatically work in the Mac OS environment is because these are two distinct Operating Systems.  While it's possible to share data between the two, programs executing in one do not function in the other.  For the same reason, the Automatic Protection running under the Windows VM does not protect the Mac OS area. For instance, an infected file downloaded by your Mac browser would not be detected by the Windows NAV (unless the VM was running and the file was copied to a shared disk area that the Windows NAV is protecting).
