Identity Safe WAS working grest

Identity Safe WAS working great.  All of a sudden when I use my FireFox 50.1.0 browser and click on "open Safe" a Norton window comes up saying "Sorry something is wrong, Please try again".  I never get the Identity log in screen like I used to.  How do I fix?  By the way this started happening AFTER I ran my Norton Utilities 16.0 software   HELP  Greg Gates

Try clicking on the ID Safe icon and then Sign Out from your Norton Account. Then restart FF and  then try logging in again.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Identity Safe data.

Updated to Firefox 50.1 on 31st December, able to access vault OK with no need to sign in again as I did when updating to FF 49. Last used last week, worked OK. Tried today and get the error as mentioned in first post. Tried signing out and then in again but still fails. Same on both Desktop & Laptop.

Update - Now up & working OK - don't know if temporary issue at Norton. Co-incidentally - did sign-in to vault direct @ https://identitysafe.norton.com/ in between times on desktop only - working on both computers OK
