IDSafe continually says incorrect vault password in iOS 11.2

I need a solution ID Safe keeps saying incorrect vault password.  I have stand alone ID Safe on iPhone 6 running. iOS 11.2. 

I want to either access my vault or delete the data I can do neither right now.

Can you access your vault at   https://identitysafe.norton.com

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Hi Cheesed off , after updating the app - how are you trying to login in your vault? using a Password or using PIN/Touch ID? 

If you are using a Password, it's highly likely that there is a mismatch between the password that was originally set and the password you are entering. "Password hint" is your best escort here.

If you are sure that you want to delete the vault and start over, you can do so by installing the Norton Identity Safe Chrome browser extension on a Windows PC or Mac and then choosing to delete the vault after signing in with your Norton Account.

Thanks but I have tried all of these things before I posted this note. Not me of them work.
