If I stop using NOrton (becuase new laptop uses other) what happens to my passwords?

some new laptops offer a year with another Security company. I don't need 2. If I give up on NOrton, what happens to my passwords?

Your cloud vault remains available to you.  

Using Norton Password Manager browser extension is free.
Creating Norton account/s is free.

Norton Password Manager cloud vault does not require Norton subscription.
