I'm getting very tired of having to reboot my computer just to get Norton Secure VPN to work

I'm getting very tired of having to reboot my computer just to get Norton Secure VPN to work. (Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.19043.1165) Surely there must be a service I can kill from Task Manager and restart so I don't have to reboot every time.

Does your Norton Secure VPN report "Connection Error"? 
R U Norton 360 Secure VPN or stand-alone Norton Secure VPN?
Does Sign out - Sign in Windows user account help?

I have the same problem. Why do we have to keep rebooting for VPN to work? Norton needs to fix this asap.

Maybe if I just uninstall Norton and buy another software.
