I'm still waiting for a refund that was processed 4 days ago

I am still waiting, four days later, for the refund of my automatic renewal. I would appreciate a prompt response as I know you don't hesitate to charge the account precisely on time. However, I don't appreciate the fact that a refund is never processed as quickly.

So you have requested a refund for your renewal? My experience with refunds to a credit/debit card take longer for the card company to process than purchases. This is for all retailers, not just Norton.
There is no one in these forums that can access Account and payment information. You will just have to wait a little longer.
