IMMEDIATE FIX FOR VPN CONNECTIVITY ISSUE!!!!!

VPN is randomly drop connection to internet.  I have to disconnect it, then allow normal web traffic to back normally!!!!

The support staff kept asking to remote desktop to my computer.  Which does not matter to my PC, I have the same issue across numbers of computers that connected via Norton 360 Delux.  My home network is absolutely normal!!! Fix this issue at your back end!!!!!!!!!
