If you were using the Online vault in 2012, you will need to do nothing to access your vault in 2013. Just log in as you used to.

If you were using the local vault in 2012, you can continue to do so as long as you upgrade from 2012 to 2013.

If you do an uninstall of 2012, and then install 2013, you will no longer be able to use a local vault. If you had backed up your Identity Safe data, you should be able to create an online vault and import your data.

Let us know if you need more help with this. Some of it is new for all of us.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Hi Gena,

Yes,  You can import your identity safe data(file format should be .DAT .NPM,.CSV,) to online vault directly using "Import data" option  under identity safe  in NIS2013 .

Thanks,

Senthil.
