importing to norton identity safe from dashlane

I can't import my passwords from dashlane into norton identity safe - can anyone help me with this?  I have created a cvs file with my dashlane data but identity safe will not accept it. Is there any other way of dealing with this or will I have to resort to entering passwords manually into norton ID safe?

You need to check the format of the CSV file from Dashlane.

In this post, guru @yank outlines the format needed for Norton to work with a CSV file. You may need to modify the Dashlane file.

Thanks for your help but...............

Norton will still not accept the cvs file exported from Dashlane.  Any other ideas please?

Did you make any changes to the format of the Dashlane file to ensure it conforms to the format used by Norton? Any changes would have to be made to every entry in the Dashlane file.

All: Getting the format correct is tricky at the least. There is a much older post that outlines how to do it here: https://community.norton.com/en/comment/4709863#comment-4709863

A lot of work but it appears its doable with some patience.
