What startup page are you referring to? On the Identity Safe web site? Or on a computer or mobile device?
À quelle page de démarrage parlez-vous? Sur le site Web Identity Safe? Ou sur un ordinateur ou un appareil mobile?
I'm from France , And I face that same issue :
when launching Identity Safe, screen now displays "Start" screen with button "Connexion" ( french release) instead of usual page with field for Keying in the password.
when clicking that button, it displays a page with login and pwd fields - when keying in : whether I type a wrong pwd : it blinks in red , whether I type the good , then the "clock" turns a short while and the display switches back to the initial "Start" screen with no other way out.
No ways I can open again my safe ... Urgent help needed
Eventual tips : Windows 10 has triggered an update this morning.
I changed last Friday my password for accessing my account on Norton support web page - this page and my safe used to be synchronized up till last Friday. I changed it back this morning to former pwd , just in case synchronization would have to be maintained , but there again , a dead end ...

Go to your main Norton product screen. Look for your email address at the top right, and click on that. Then click Sign Out. Restart your computer, and then try signing into your Identity Safe vault again. You will first have to enter your Norton Account email and password, and then the Vault password.
