Incorrect Name

Hello.

I installed Norton 360 on a fresh install of Windows 11.  Later I renamed the PC.  I did not notice the default name that Windows gave. Here on Norton.com, Account -> Device List it shows 2 different Default Window names.
How do I determine which is the new install?  Is there a way to have Norton rescan for Computer name for all listed devices?  (If there isn't, there should be - hint hint Norton)

Thank you for any and all help.

Re: Incorrect Name

The Devices page is notorious for incorrect information, and Norton does not seem to be able to ensure the information is up to date. But the My Subscriptions page is always correct.  Log into your Norton Account and hover your cursor over the user icon at the top right. Click on Manage My Subscriptions and look for your current 360 subscription. Click on Manage Licenses and you will see a list of devices activated on this subscription. You will see a date you activated each device. Maybe you can trace which device is the newer activation. Then you can click on the trash can beside the one you wish to remove.
