Infected with Tidserv Activity 2

Hey I am laptop got infected with Tidserv Activity 2. I tried all anti- malware tools. Nothing worked though. Please help me in resolving this issue.

If you tried Norton Power Eraser and the FixTdss tool without success then I recommend you visit a more specialized forum to get the assistance that you need.  Norton may be reporting Tidserv Activity 2, but if the removal tools do not work, then it may actually be Zeroaccess.  Report that as a possibility when you make your first post on one of the forums.  These are all free malware removal forums.

Hey:

What Norton Product and version are you using on your Laptop?

Can you check Norton history Logs and tell us waht it says about this threat, if possible attach a screenshot or tell us whatt it says.

have you done a Full System Scan with the latest updates from Liveupdate?

You can try these security tools and see if it remove the threat from your computer.
