Info compromised by Frontier phone company.

For 3 months after the Frontier takeover from Verizon, all my telephone & location information along with my full name were published on the internet without my consent. This information was never published anywhere in this complete form, not even in a phonebook. (I do not subscribe to any social media sites.)

This breach of my private info caused an alert when I signed up for the new identity protection. How do I resolve this alert?

Hi formerverizoncustomer:

Are you referring to the LifeLock identity protection service?  If so, there is a separate support site at https://memberportal.lifelock.com/support and if you click the Alerts & Notifications button on that main support page you can find information on the steps to take when you receive a LifeLock alert.  Contact information for LifeLock customer support is available at https://www.lifelock.com/about/contact/.
