I am going through my third install what is going on and I keep getting messages from McAfee that I have a serious virus problem and for two days now
I cannot get any help getting the software I select installed . What does it take to get help. Can't you show a send button so I know how to send this mesage.

If you have McAfee installed on your computer, then you are going to have difficulty installing Norton products. You should only have one real time AV product installed at a time. You need to fully remove McAfee using the instructions here. https://service.mcafee.com/?articleId=TS101331&page=shell&shell=article-... Scroll down to the section to use the Method 2: Remove using the McAfee Consumer Product Removal tool (MCPR). Use this tool and then be sure to restart your computer. Then you should be able to install your Norton product.
