installing Norton
Since installing Norton i have had so many problems with getting into my accounts online, this is a totally night mare, once i get this off my pc never again

Were you using the VPN feature when you had difficulty with your online accounts? Many web sites do not allow access from known VPN IP addresses. They do this for copyright, legal, security, and political reasons. There is nothing a VPN provider can or should do to circumvent these legal protections.
