Why is it that 9 times out of 10 when I try to do a scan on my computer or run back up, Norton says I must have an Internet connection when I already do?.
Also about 90% of the time it tells me I'm at risk. Norton had me uninstall and reinstall my product abt 5 months ago. Since then I've had nothing but problems. I don't want to call support because I don't want to be on the phone for hours with someone who is reading a script and can't speak English.
