Internet Explorer Compatibility View error message

Using IE9 for Online Backup Home page display.  After signing in and then clicking on Settings, I am getting the following IE error message:

"A problem displaying backup.com caused Internet Explorer to refresh the webpage using Compatibility View"

From that point forward the pages are displayed in a garbled fashion and are hard to use.  Any idea what is causing the error message?  Thanks.

Thank you for reporting this issue. We have reproduced this in house. It seems to occur in certain versions of IE9 and not all versions. We will have this fixed soon. As a workaround, you can use Google Chrome or Firefox to access the website.

HI

I have solved this problem on my computer by downloading the IE 10 Beta. Previous to that I had to download and set up Firefox especially to run Norton Online Backup.
